Cosmic Tissue (trailer)

Intrigued by the playful and ambitious nature of visionary architects, interpreting their ideologies through her artistic practice, and looking to revive the idea of utopian thinking through looking at shells and wombs as cosmic spaces: both familiar and transcendent at the same time.

This video piece uses trapeze artists, performing simple balancing tricks, to reveal the utopian impulse that resides in unsuspected places: that is, in the trapeze artists who tries to defy gravity.
